Refund policy

30-day guarantee. If you're not happy with your PrepPop purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.

How to return: contact us through our contact page with your order number before sending anything back, and we'll email you return instructions and the return address. Items should be clean and include all their parts.

Damaged, defective or wrong items: send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund. You won't need to return the item.

Refunds: once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund your original payment method. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to post the refund.

Cancellations: you can cancel or change an order free of charge until it ships.
